Holly Recreation Area, located within the northern portion of Oakland County between Pontiac and Flint, is less than an hour's drive from the Detroit metropolitan area. The park's nearly 8,000 acres of rolling woodlands and open fields provides opportunities for a variety of outdoor activities.
The campground is closed for winter. Information about winter camping opportunities is available on the DNR web site.
Location To get to the park from I-75 take exit 101 and go east on Grange Hall Road one mile to McGinnis Road. Take McGinnis Road three-quarters of a mile to the park entrance.

I-75 to Exit 101, E. on Grange Hall Road 1 mile to McGinnis Rd. Take McGinnis Rd. 3/4 miles to park entrance.
